@wesmartin91 couldn’t have said it better. Two things though: 1) Serena is lazy, she’s said it herself, so she’s not gonna give 100% all the time and 2) Serena has more self-belief in one pinky than any pro tennis player out there so being down is not an issue for her. You have to beat her, bcuz it is rare that she beats herself
@chillztah She’s shaking her head because she was frustrated with the her inconsistent play. She served poorly for the first set and a half and ended up in deep hole. She was finally able to get it together late in the second set and her stats went up. She was mad that she was in that situation to begin with and wondering why she couldn’t serve like that in the beginning. Perfectionists tend get down on themselves when they are not being perfect. Federer does the same thing, so does Roddick.
anybody besides me find it annoying that serena shakes her head when she serves aces against azarenka as if shes saying ” im so much better than her, shouldve beaten her quicklier”??
