@honestguy77 He was joking when he said that. You really think Federer would be serious if he said something like that?
@LilWayneGrace i wouldn’t say he’s playin shit. just not as well as he used too. he’s probably being to hard on himself having all that success and then not getting anymore is only gonna bring on negative thoughts ya know.
@LilWayneGrace If you call a 16-time Grand Slam winner a failure, then who’s a success? Nadal? Definitely getting there. He’s on his way to becoming one of the best, but if you say Fed is a failure you’re either not too bright in the tennis department or just ignorant. Good day to you.
@tennismaster321 Um … He’s kinda playing shit right now so um maybe one of God’s greatest failures? Yeah. Nadal man!
@tennismaster321 I pray to Roger Federer and invent prayers like “Our Federer” and “Hail Mirka” the Holy Mother….I sacrifice a goat everytime he wins a Slam and drink the blood in the hopes that his backhand will fill me, inebriate me…We are nothing compared to Federer and should all kill ourselves for his bounty
Man..he was ugly when he was younger hahaha.
@TheRealChadMustang if you honestly believe that you can’t know much about tennis… as great a player agassi was he would never have destroyed federer….roger at his very best is probably the greatest player to pick up a racket
@TheRealChadMustang haha aa would destroy federer ? what planet you on, i read some of yuor stupid posts saying fed crumbles under pressure? so those 16 slams he has, what that him crumbling, one of which included a win over aggasi, and crying doesnt mean you dont have a backbone, taking drugs because you cant legitamately win is showing no back bone, i like aggasi, he was a great player, but he was no federer, federer is better plain and simple, the man makes shots aggasi couldnt dream of
Q. I wonder if you think this might be Andy Murrays year, given some of the really threatening players haven’t been doing so well this year.
ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I mean, true, Rafa played terribly lately; Soderling is not a threat either. He’s got an easy ride to this victory, that’s for sure. Djokovic can’t play tennis anymore it seems like. Got to make your own work, please. Respect the players. Roger you are a jealous prick!!
Great interview from a 19-year-old Roger. Already remarkably poised and articulate, with plenty of smiles. Yes, “they” were right–he’d start winning Grand Slam titles “in 2 or 3 years”. I like the way he talked about winning Wimbledon and the US Open, since they’ve always been my favorite tournaments.
is roger like 18 or 19 years old right here?
Agassi was a great returner, fact, but he could only make brilliant returns when the ball was in his reach (which was average). You can look at a top returner in different ways or just think who do you consider a better returner, the one who goes for it (and misses sometimes- Agassi) or the one who can return almost every single ball with no risk of burning. Federer btw can also go for big returns when he needs to up his game but he’s so good from the baseline that he doesn’t have to too often
A double handed backhand doesn’t limit your play, that’s true. But you got different options, with a single handed you got more reach, a better slice, better volleys generally from the left wing whilst with the two handed more power (not always the case) and more control. I do however think that choosing to play a double handed is going the easy way.
Oh its so cool to watch his interview where he didnt know that he is going to be the greatest tennis player ever. He says that he wants to be No1 and win GrandSlams Wimbledon and Us Open, he has done it. Watta happy person who can make his dreams come true by himself. No doubt he is one of the greatest creatins of GOD. Bravo ROGER FEDERER.
@cj397 Andre Agassi could’ve easily admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs at any time before his induction. I don’t see what it is that you don’t understand. He could’ve admitted it RIGHT BEFORE the induction or before it was even planned. But I guess you just aren’t willing to actually read a statement twice before responding, are you? It’s also pretty cowardly of you to respond to my statement from 2 weeks ago in hopes that I wouldn’t have a retort for you. “Just stop.”
@Ravage7604 maybe because he didnt want to be banned from tennis for a year? if caught with a drug charge, it’s easy when you come out of a divorce and doing horrible in the WORLDS ELITE TENNIS career style. you dont know what your talking about. just stop.
@trefitz1 LOL loses to nadal regularly? yes on clay. australian open was just nadal running down every single ball.
nadal will never beat federer at the us open, on a faster hard court. what do you mean learn to entertain? you need to win.
should just keep the pony tail. doesn’t look as much like a bitch
Just keep adjusting that number in the title of this video
I hope it changes a few more times!
@DLPBurke thanks!
@Questionerable just refresh the page with F5 and they go away
this fuckin adds can suck my madafuckin dick!
gay
It’s hard to call him the greatest when he loses to Nadal regulary, on, now, most surfaces. Also Tennis players in general, as well as Federer must learn to entertain and not just play the points out – most stadiums are empty around the world – take the french open this year and most master events barring the finals. The problem is they receive their money regardless of attendance – tennis is becoming hard to watch – Nadal is no better – no personality with pidgeon english.
won’t find as many aa highlights because he’s not relevant in the 2010. even if you think roger’s better, there’s no denying that aa has more highlight reel plays. BUT, once again, because you’re too young, you’ll disagree.
Two handed backhand doesn’t limit your play, by the way.
